Start at 4:18.

He had just shaken Obama's hands ("Good job! Good job! Good job!"), Obama went to his side of the table to shake Schiefer's hands - I think the table was semi-circular so it'd be hard to reach out and shake someone's hand if you're standing there - McCain wanted to do the same (walking to Obama's side), but Schiefer was already on his way to McCain's side of the table. McCain realized that and did this silly dance, showing the world another reason why he isn't qualified to be president.
