Nice job. I shot it last month and know from experience it can be tricky getting the right exposure with that skylight...
From now back to .. 1995? Why not back to 1982, when BladeRunner was filmed?
Bladerunner is set in 2019. It's 2007.

I was just there recently too. Interesting that LAPD Internal Affairs is there now (and not in Union Station as it is in the movie). Angels Flight does not seem to be "on track" (get it?) for the famous funicular's "re-opening in summer 2007". 
9 years until November, 2017.
Ironically, the building WAS falling apart until Blade Runner brought attention to it, and then there was a major effort to renovate it and now it's pretty.
er, 2019. Damn, even though I used to watch that movie practically every day, it's been about 10 years since the last time I saw it, and my memory must be going... :(
