Hey! That's from Werner Herzog's Even Dwarves Started Small. I'm not sure I would have liked that film without a lot of friends, a lot of booze, and some MST3K-style yelling at the screen. The part with a crazy dwarf (possibly even the same one) on a motorcycle is also not to be missed.
